The README and capi.conf of the chan-capi package provides basic information for usage.

Here is some more information:

• Each port of your ISDN card(s) need to have an own interface entry in capi.conf.
  • Don't specify two or more controllers with 'controller=X' in capi.conf

• If you want to use call-reroute (aka call-deflection), see ChanCapiCallReroute.
